Summary	0000967: Shouldn't have to load save game or select language upon each load
Description	This game should save the settings with in it. I shouldn't have to pick my language each time it loads. I'm not suddenly going to want Chinese after playing the game in English for 3 weeks. Once a language is set you should not be asked to set it again. Also downloading from the cloud should be for when you lose the local save not every time the game is opened. I've lost no end of games due to this. It's bad features like this that out me off a really nice game
