Summary	0000850: Tower get no bonus-Range from Power in Level Up
Description	The Power I get from lvling my Tower does not grant any bonus-range. A lvl 16 upgrade lvl 8 freezing with Power 111% has the same range as a lvl 4 upgrade lvl 8 with pwr 101% When placed next too a PWR-UP Bonus it has now 109% Power and additional range.
