Summary	0000791: When you decrypt a chest and unable to retrieve it before timer runs out, timer will restart.
Description	I'm decrypting a green chest. Before I leave the game, there was 10 minutes left before the green chest is decrypted. When I return to it 20 minutes later, the decryption is back to 1 hour 20 minutes. By the way, this is the new update where no more time synchronization to server is needed to decrypt a chest.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Decrypt a chest 2) Leave the game before it decrypts. 3) Return to the game after it decrypts. 4) The timer starts again.
