I should mention I'm currently on 1.7.7, but have been experiencing this since the 1.6 versions, and am on a samsung galaxy tab s3.

Yep, been happening to me two, didn't receive the daily quest rewards for 3 out of the last 5 days

Yesterday I played in the top 5%. Today I noticed that I got the blue skill point (my skill point increased by 1), but I did not get the grey lucky wheel ticket.

I did not get any popup alerting me to any rewards.

Same.

I have also only been getting the Skill Points, but not getting my Wheel Tickets when placing in the top 10%. Seems like this may be an actual bug.

I don't know if this will help diagnose the problem, but figured I would try. I attached two screenshots - one from the Apr 1 daily quest with just 03:21 left on the timer. I'm in the top 7%, with 30 skill points. The next screenshot is from the next day, showing the skill points have gone up to 31, but I never received the popup message saying I got a skill point, and I did not receive the lucky wheel ticket (or green papers).

The server will give rewards only after it validates all of the replays of daily quest. Sometimes, very rarely, it may receive a broken replay and will wait for it to be validated - such cases should be manually fixed and the validation server should be patched to continue working further.
I'm constantly checking the server and tweak it, that's why it may take a couple of days to issue rewards.

I'll close this issue because this problem may appear again and it will be fixed asap thanks to the monitoring tool my friend is currently working on.
Just so you know, there may be delays but you'll get your rewards eventually
