It is shown in the research menu near the price (if there's less or equal amount to the price).
This indicator will be added with the farm update. Currently you'll have <= 10 resources, they can be gained from the secret code (or if you've abused it / cheated these resources in other way - this scenario doesn't fit normal flow of the game and must not be taken into account).

Will be added in the upcoming updates.
