Description

I upgraded the max freezing percentage by +3% but it was 70% before and is still 70% now so upgrade appears to have no effect

Steps To Reproduce

Upgrade to level 11 freezing percentage in endless mode

you didn't upgrade the max, nor is there such upgrade. you just hit the cap at lower level.
