Description

When I want to see a level 10 upgrade, I can't upgrade to level 11.

Steps To Reproduce

I think that is because I don't have the enough resources to upgrade to level 11

If you're doing research, you're at the last level. the maximum level of the tower is 10. 11 is absent.
