So I was waiting to upgrade the miner and I spam click the upgrade button with 2 fingers ant once and uh the bug appeared it also happens for towers. Spamming the circles (white stuff) creates another white circle above it and uh holding those circles pop up the upgrade all screen. Upgrading towers or upgrade all does not fix the issue but exiting and reentering does.
