Summary0002441: Steam version - screenshot capture (F12) changing window size
Description

After pressing Steam's screenshot key (default F12) the game's window size resets to a specific value.

Happens anywhere - in-game, in the menus, with fullscreen (in this case it also removes the fullscreen) or not.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open Steam version
2) Press Steam's screenshot key

Moved screen size hotkey into a single button in build 204
F11 = toggle full screen
F11 + Shift = 960x540 (small 16:9)
F11 + Ctrl = 1920x1080 Full HD (16:9), 1:1 UI scale (if set to 100% in settings)
F11 + Shift + Ctrl = 1440x1080 (4:3), 1:1 UI scale
