Summary0002422: Windowed mode in settings not saved
Description

With the 1.9 beta, I choose the windowed mode in settings (and a screen res accordingly), but when I close then start the game again, it revert back to fullscreen.

Steps To Reproduce

-pick a small screen size,
-disable fullscreen,
-click on apply button below,
-(optional) play a little, save progress,
-close the game,
-start the game again

Additional Information

Windows 10 64bit with Nvidia GTX780M (Asus ROG G750JH gaming laptop) and a HDMI connected screen.
