Summary0002412: Mines that are too powerful for anti-aircraft towers

Using the ultimate ability of the air defense tower, it is extremely easy to obtain tens of millions of MDPS, far more than ten times that of Gauss. Secondly, the mine damage is also too strong, I don't know what adjustments you have made to it, it has the dominance of the map with more air forces after Gauss, the damage is much higher than that of other towers, and it is firmly in the first place in the hidden level. I used to get 1.4 billion mdps on the map rumble mines.

AirFallExplosion is missing the notCleanForDPS flag - that's unintended, as any damage which is based on enemy's max HP should not affect MDPS. I'll fix that in the next build.
Mines are so strong because... it feels good. Maybe they are a bit too strong but being able to clear a whole wave with mines only is a good use for Anti-air tower and still is not available on every map and every combination of enemy waves. It should benefit players who pay attention to the upcoming types of enemy waves. Just like every other value in beta, it can be too high or too low and is a subject of change
