Summary	0002395: Core's upgrades display twice when available
Description	When an upgrade related to modifiers (probably with something else, but it's most noticeable with these) is available for purchase, it displays twice, making it more bright, but the second one is slightly offset from the first one.
Steps To Reproduce	Enter a map with a core (preferably Zeta) with upgrades related to modifiers. Make them available. Look at the symbol on the modifier. Notice that it's blurry. That happens because the upgrade displays twice and the second one is offset.
