The attached replay file can only be played once. After trying to watch it again, unless the game is restarted beforehand, it will fail to parse.
Once the "failed to parse" message appears, close it with Esc key, then exit the empty menu state pressing Esc key again. This will return you to main menu, however, most of the game UI will be rendered below the main menu, including a semi--functional abilities panel, a functional score/coin statistics panel, etc.
