assume if an enemy dies while in it (enough damage to kill), the game ignores the enemy in the crusher

If enemy(all types) is in crusher in range of Tesla tower, it will start to spawn ball lightnings successfully. HP doesn't matter. Maybe this is more satisfying?

Also works with snowball ability from Freeze tower

Crusher "disables" enemies so they won't affect these abilities
