You recently closed an issue where users reported that ads are not playing.
You claimed that it stemmed from nobody wanting to play ads that
someone doesn't want to see and you also claimed that until recently,
all ads had been personalized.
This is total rubbish. I have watched way over 20,000 ads in
infinitode so far and there was not a single one that interested me in
the slightest. All of them were more or less annoying and I watched
them to support the development team and to increase faster in the
game. Not one of them made me click on it or even purchase or install
anything, all were total rubbish.
You also claim that you could not do anything about this, therefore I
wonder, why other games play plenty of ads even when personalized ads
were declined. Probably because they know that 99 - 100% of all ads
are just annoying and nobody likes to watch them, they are just
watched for the reasons I mentioned above.

Then you said it was not possible to change the privacy settings once
personalized ads were declined. Why not? It would just be one
additional point in the settings.
Instead, you suggested to uninstall the game and to reinstall it
again. I did that but was not asked again if I would accept
personalized ads, consequently, there are still no ads playing. How
about testing your advice before posting it as a solution? So-called
"solutions" like this only increase the frustration and are no help at
all.
