Description

I edited 999 research ticket rewarded level in developer mode, but when I reset the save file and load again, the map was still playable in original save file. (i am currently in the file i am not using this cheat) (Android)(1.8.7)

Dev mode allows you to do anything. If you have already installed 3000 research and have played for 100 hours, cheating things makes no point.
It also gives no advantage in your case so feel free and have fun
