Ive seen gauss shoot up to about 5 times before rotating

it looks to me like the rotation is only being allowed when the actually consumed resources for the upcoming shot meets the resource requirement exactly rather than going over

I've been testing this, and if your miners aren't empty its complete RNG when gauss turns.
I've seen it shoot up to 10 times in a row without turning (video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKI3vg_5UGU)

Taken random number of times for mine to rotate at times then other times it is fine.

I've noticed the more I level it the less likely it will move and if it has multiple Miners beside it I'm better off selling the Gauss and buying it again for it to move.
