Please try to find a scenario to reproduce this issue.
Sometimes alt-tabbing and other actions made during the loading of the game may produce weird issues. If that's the case, the best I can suggest is to let the game load before you perform such actions - this issue is related to LibGDX/LWJGL (framework) and would be hard for me to fix
