Summary0002099: Profile icon covers pause button randomly
Description

This has been happening more frequently as I have been working on doing my quests again. It seems that my profile pic randomly appears over the pause button when playing which prevents me from hitting the pause button in the top left. If I try to click the pause button it will bring me to my save game profile and it will quit the game without saving it. If there was an auto save from X minutes before then the game can restart from that point but you will lose the amount of time between the auto save and when you clicked on the profile pic.

Steps To Reproduce

I was just running quests which run for short periods of time and then I quickly restart each game.
