Summary0001981: Research for Gauss "Burned XP - Self Improvement (Gauss)" is actually a nerf
Description

I tested the results 3 times by using basic clone with full XP to verify the damage.

First test was with full research and ended up with 691946% bonus damage from self improvement.
Second test was with full research except nothing in "Burned XP - Self Improvement (Gauss)" and "Required XP - Self Improvement (Gauss)" and ended up with 735443% bonus damage from self improvement.
Third test was with full research except level 2 in "Burned XP - Self Improvement (Gauss)" and maxed "Required XP - Self Improvement (Gauss)". Burned XP was required for the Required XP research. I ended up with 897577% bonus damage from self improvement.

Steps To Reproduce

Take the self improvement bonus and measure the amount of XP required for bonuses.

Additional Information

Did verify that the bonus damage does show correctly now in 1.8.5 vs. just increasing by flat 1% every time.

Decreasing burned xp percentage doesnt make sense to me either since it will eventually reach Lv100 anyway. Also this upgrade is The only usefull application of upgrade reset feature

That's how it should work - just limiting the amount of XP being burnt, allowing Gauss to level up. Also gives +5% more XP overall.
Gauss - Basic is an issue here, because you basically ignore the regular tower leveling / xp due to that other bug.
