You may just need more research or a different strategy to last longer and get your bounties up early. Even without using abilities, it should be possible to make over 85k coins in a single game

One might argue that the difficulty finishing that quest is way to hard. My score is top 12% for that map, and still i can't finish the quest. Screenshot_20210920-164506.png (369,864 bytes) |

Leaderboard percentile can be a poor indicator of your performance, as so many runs are submitted for casual questing/farming and many players don't really bother to intentionally maximize score. Also, your research is still very sparse overall, and not all quests are expected to be completable with the research you have when you first unlock the level. Finally, you can/should generally seek out strategic advice on discord or Reddit rather than here, but certainly a lot more research for bounty mods and flamethrower tower would be useful to you. |
