Summary0001797: Basic ult cloned xp can provide much higher levels to gauss self improvement
Description

It is possible for gauss to have far higher damage via self improvement when the experience is transferred to it via the basic ult. There are sometimes a few frames in between when the tower is cloned and the xp is transferred during which if you select self improvement on the gauss you can have it provide way more bonus damage than it should. I have had 364,184% bonus damage from self improvement without Gauss having ever fired a shot which when getting full mods to it can do over 3 trillion damage.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Build a basic tower and feed it with exprerience, ideally with mining/xp mods.
  2. Pause the game.
  3. Place a gauss tower and then clone it while the game is still paused.
  4. On the cloned gauss tower, select self-improvement without taking any other actions.

It wasn't clear to me from reading this description alone, but after some discord conversation it seems that the issue is that the bonus damage levels apparently aren't scaling as they normally would (since the xp is applied all at once?)

Dense also mentioned that patching this but would render some of the leaderboard scores unbeatable (I'd add that that's assuming no other mitigating scoring buffs were implemented to offset the difference)
