Some quests did not reset after using prestige quest reset.
Levels on which reset was not performed:

• rumble
• dev
• Level 6.3

The game says I have 4/1222 quests completed right after resetting. I would expect having 0/1222.

Most of these quests have Stars as quest rewards (6 with starts, 2 regular quests - see screenshots). I spent dozens of hours to get all those Star quests completed so that I can reset them.
If prestige quest reset is NOT supposed to reset these quests than this is VERY misleading game mechanic and should be clarified. Although I think it's supposed to reset these quests since there is a research which costs 120 stars.

Note: The reset was performed at 25% milestone.
