completing dq while signed in offline will mark dq signed in online completed despite the map change

Steps To Reproduce

turn off wifi
enter game
complete dq
exit game
turn on wifi
enter game
dq quest is completed despite map change

Additional Information

meant to report yesterday but i dont know how to reproduce it
actual info: completed dq3 quest (31/5/2021) and map changed to dq10, screenshots are from yesterdays

I think it's like that to prevent farming the DQ's quest rewards by going online and offline
