I agree. At least on my system, the menu music is clearly louder than the ingame music.

+1. I love the fact that there are separate music and sound effects toggles, but having a volume slider would be awesome.

And if doing it, make BOTH the sound effects and music controls sliders from 0% (off) to 100% (where "on" is currently), in place of the existing toggles.
