Summary0000162: Minigun attacks to fast to let Poison debuff do any damage
Description

Minigun is meant to focus 1 target however when picking foundation each bullet refreshes the Debuff before it does any damage.

Steps To Reproduce

750% portal
Max a minigun
Sell all towers except your freeze and the Minigun
Watch it attack Stakey until the next wave comes
Make sure Stakey has the Poison Debuff then switch to last.
Stakey will take no damage until target is changed and then die in seconds (depending on minigun dps) from poison debuff

Does it work only on Stakey? Stakey's head has 100% immunity from any damage if all of its body parts are alive.
Tried to follow your steps - first on level 2.8 in hardcore mode then on custom map with 750% difficulty, on Attack speed V tile with maxed endless research tree and didn't spot any bug - Stakey's head got debuff but did not take any damage due to its immunity, after I've switched to Last target the Minigun started to attack other enemies while Stakey moved forward with full hp. It begun to take damage when Minigun killed its tail
