Summary0001549: Cloud loaded Achievements aren't accounted to Steam
Description

I've unlocked the "Beginnings ended" achievement in a mobile device, then transferred game progress to PC. This achievement is unlocked in-game, but it isn't in Steam.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Unlock any achievement in any other platform but Steam.
2) Cloud save the progress.
3) Open Infinitode 2 in Steam and load progress from the cloud.
4) Despite the fact that the achievement is unlocked in-game (picture 1), it isn't in Steam (p. 2).
