1. attempted to logon with nickname with user not found result.
2. reset password
3. attempted to logon with nickname with user not found result.
4. closed game and successfully logon with android game
5. reset password again
6. successfully logon with email addy on android game
7. logon steam game with email addy and the account has not sync'd.
8. Attempted the lost progress and no saves are available.
9. signed out of steam.
10. asking for help now. :)
