That is graphics issue. Idk also why thay happens. By the way,since its beta, your old progress isnt connected on public beta versions..so you need to start a new one, the beta progress will be deleted soon once the public beta is over..to boost your progress on maxing out researches, go to the shop and click Beta Items that has a gift icon! It can be used again every 5 minutes
