Summary0001350: Loot tickets are used automatically.
Description

I tried to reproduce by opening about a thousand cyan boxes but never recieved any loot tickets. But I do not have any in inventory, and my loot timer is at 100+ hrs. I noticed it activate yesterday and did not think much about ot until I noticed tje amount of time on clock today.
