I found if the button to cancel crafting doesn't appear, it will if you select another item to craft, like (in example) you're crafting a whole que of resources, select the resource you want to get rid of, select any blueprint or tile this will show like you can cancel the crafting of these items but thats just a lie, then reselect the resource which should allow you to cancel it now. Idk what else these crafting cancel issues apply to but thats how I fix it.
