For example, spending a moderate amount of accelerators could increase the number of purchase slots in the shop, upgrading from 6 to 9, 12, or even more. Introducing options like "larger supply" or "reduced purchase cooldown" would also be viable.

The Item Market should reduce the number of slots requiring accelerators for purchases. Some players have no need to buy items with accelerators, so a toggle could be added in the settings menu to disable accelerator purchases, or a separate market—exclusive to accelerator purchases—could be created alongside the original Item Market.

A 60-game-time-minute cooldown for each market purchase is too slow. A mechanic allowing multiple purchases could be introduced, such as adding "Market Tickets" that let players refresh the shop. These could be designed as Legendary-tier items with a drop rate higher than other items but lower than Research Tickets.
My personal suggestion is that one Research Ticket could be crafted into five Market Tickets via the crafting bench, providing an additional source for Market Tickets.

The current system where replaying certain levels doesn't refresh the "Play Real Time" stat is unreasonable. For instance, when playing level 6.3, the time spent should contribute to "Play Real Time" to ensure data consistency and fairness.
Additionally, for non-personal player data—meaning everything except Self-Research, Achievements, Badges, and Profile stats—reasonable retention should be implemented to preserve as much gameplay progress impact as possible.
