Summary0002627: infinite freezing percent research does nothing
Description

so, i was playing infinite mode and noticed, that the research from the title does nothing, i had lv 10 (+15% or so ),
and then upgraded to lv 13(+22 or so),went into game, and noticed that max freeze still was 65%(at least the description of the tower said so), it was 65% at both lv 10 and lv 13

maybe its intended this way, but due to the description of the research im confused

Steps To Reproduce

just do the research and max freeze in-game(like max lv, exp lv, and etc.)

It helps Freeze hit 65% freezing% on lower upgrade or XP levels, and the cap is static
