Summary0002533: Tesla Ultimate capped by 30 attack speed
Description

Tesla Ultimate does not trigger faster when exceeding 30 attack speed.
I.e. at 1200 attacks/second, expected to trigger every update/shot, triggers every 40 updates instead

Steps To Reproduce

Get a Tesla with 30+ attack speed
A) Endless mode - reached on upgrade 10, exp 140
B) Endless mode - easily reached on attack speed tile using attack speed modifiers
C) Normal mode - reached with Zeta core and hyperbuffing Tesla with every legal tool
