When only the double speed bonus is active, clicking on its cell won't show a tooltip, which is not expected.
When both modifier and double speed bonuses are active, clicking on any of them will show tooltips properly.
When midifier bonus is active but double speed bonus runs out, clicking on an empty space where it usually appears will produce an empty tooltip, which is also not expected.
When no bonuses are active, no tooltips are being shown, which is expected.
