Summary0002249: Loot bonus adverts not loading in custom maps
Description

On custom maps created over the past 3 months or so (Inc after the most recent update) when clicking on the bonus loot from the pause screen, the bonus advert doesn't play. The button when pressed is unresponsive. These are maps created to farm loot and be sold.

In custom maps I use to farm bit dust (created longer ago) the button does work.

Steps To Reproduce

Create custom map
Play game in 900% endless
Pause
Press button to increase loot eg 5%
Button is non responsive
