Summary0002234: Game Over Stars Particles Draw Even When Particles Are Disabled
Description

Particle effect 'game-over-stars.prt' still draw on the end screen, even when 'Draw particles' is disabled in the settings menu.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Disable 'Draw particles' options in settings menu
2) Score three stars on any level
3) Particle effect is still shown on the 'game over' screen

This bug also occurs when viewing replays.
