Summary0002139: Make reduced crafting cost actually do something
Description

Instead of reducing single craft cost that most of the times obly applies to papers have it reduce the total cost of the thing you want to craft. When i want to craft 4 yellow blueprints and have 93% crafting i expect having to pay 19 purple blueprints instead of the regular 20.
Like this the (really expensive) research is obly used to save 100s of papers here and there making it rather obsolete tbh.
maybe you could go even further and use the full 93% instead of 95% giving out some lesser blueprints aswell as "change" per se but thats stretching it at this point.

Steps To Reproduce

Get some reduced crafting cost upgrades and try to craft tiered blueprints

sure, thats how it is right now but my suggestion is:
roundup(x(1-y)n)

i have upgraded the crafting cost reduction twice now but it doesnt give me any bonus when crafting anything that requires less than 15 of anything, i dont get any reduction on blueprints atm
