Summary0002116: Research reset protection does not work correctly
Description

While miner count or modifier count researches are at level 2 or higher, they can be completely reset, which is impossible at level 1.
If miners are reset this way, it will disable respective resource from resources UI and item generation (e.g.: crates will not contain it).
It also allows to reset some of the researches that unlock story levels that are not supposed to be reset because of dependencies, making it possible to lock levels you already played.
This bug is (probably) supposed to be prevented through researches restoring automatically to level 1, but that does not occur until you relog into the game, or finish a different research - meaning research resets do not trigger it.
Can be exploited for economical advantages, but that is a bit of a stretch.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Upgrade miner or modifier count to 2+
2) Reset said research
3) (optional) Reset governing research to lock a story level
