Summary0001976: Keep scroll position in new game menu
Description

I find myself scrolling down to the levels I'm currently grinding quests on a lot. Would be nicer if the scroll position was kept between times the menu was opened.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open start game menu
  2. Scroll down to the 3.x levels
  3. Either play a level or just close the menu
  4. Open the new game menu again
  5. Notice that you are at the top of the lists rather than by the 3.x levels.
