Summary	0001899: Slow freezing description rounding error
Description	When selecting slow freezing in a game, the values shown in its description are rounded down to the first digit after comma. This makes the ability appear weaker than it actually is, since it shows x1.2 freezing percent multiplier regardless of research.
Steps To Reproduce	Place a Freezing tower, hover over the slow freezing ability, compare the values in the description to the actual impact on the tower's stats.
