Summary0001801: UI settings (scale and safezone) should not sync across devices
Description

I have a safe zone set on mobile which makes it easier to play on my phone's weird screen, but it makes no sense to have a safezone on desktop devices when you could just resize the window. Same goes for the UI scale; a 70% scale would make sense on desktop, but not on a tiny phone.
It would be great if UI settings just didn't sync at all, or if there was a separate "Do not sync across devices" checkbox under them

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Adjust UI so that it looks great on your phone
  2. Switch to desktop
  3. Adjust UI so that it looks great on your desktop
  4. Switch to mobile
  5. Get annoyed
