Tile and global bonuses don't apply to some towers that have different types of stats even when it would make sense Ex. Fire rate not effecting charge rate for the laser

I suggest the following changes to amend that:
New tiles:

Area of effect - grants explosion radius to cannon and missile, lightning length to tesla, range to blast and freezing? and shooting angle to flamethrower?

Piercing? - grants explosion piercing to (cannon, blast and missile), grants lightning damage to tesla, grants additional piercing damage to skills? Such as (penetrating bullets (sniper), penetrating bullets (splash), penetrating bullets (multishot) and high frequency)

Effect duration - grants effect prolongation/defrost time(if that is still in the game) to freezing, stun duration to blast,poison duration to venom, and burning time to flamethrower and antiair

Effect power - grants freezing percent to freezing, chance to stun to blast, damage to venom and burning damage to flamethrower and antiair

Aiming(not shure about the name) - grants aiming speed to sniper, accuracy to splash, shooting angle to multishot, LRM aiming speed to missile and acceleration to minigun?

Bonuses from pre-existing tiles:

Fire rate - grants charge rate to laser and gauss.
