Summary0001552: Idea - 100% sell refund for miners wich haven't mined any resource
Description

After placing a miner, it should give 100% of the costs when selling as long as it hasn't been installed (idk if this is the right translation).
Towers also have 100% refund as long as they haven't damaged, so why not also miners?
