Summary0001199: Make Prestige more prestigious
Description

When you complete all currently available (1,200) all of your levels will have a gold border, when you reset (prestige)
it'll remove the gold borders. so my suggestion is to be able to keep the gold bolder like how you're able to keep your level bonuses after prestige-ing.
