Description

The quest slot given for having completed all level based quests is not revealed in the list of quests before starting a new game.

Steps To Reproduce

Play level so you complete all the level requirement quests so you unlock the extra quest slot for that level.
Go to the start game view, notice that you only see the normal number of revealed quests (2 I think without research)
Start the game and notice that an additional quest is available for completion.
