Summary	0001281: Empty tile that can be selected (4.1)
Description	There is 1 empty tile in level 4.1 with nothing in it above the music disk which can be selected. No actions can be done and nothing broke when doing anything else after interacting with it. This is not something which is important, and nearly everything else should take precedence before this.
Steps To Reproduce	All I did was enter level 4.1 and press on the tile directly above the music disk. Can be done any(?) amount of times (Have spammed pressing it, didn't go away). You can also restart and it will stay.
